I am a past member of the Michael Dickes Band, Lake Chelan Bach Feste, Wenatchee Valley Symphony, Southwest Washington Symphony, Provincial Orquesta de Buenos Aires, Coro de Haedo, the Continental Singers and Orchestra, and NCW Performing Arts Youth Symphony conducted by Stephen Nelson who was my high school orchestra conductor. My abilities and styles of playing are as varied as the many groups I have performed and recorded with.
I have been a stringed instrument instructor at the Wood's House Conservatory of Music for the past three years, and have hosted many special events such as Contradances and Songwriter's and Poets Nights put on by my students. I play music for all occasions through my own company Valley Strings. I taught my first violin lessons at age 18.
My other loves are my three children, snowshoeing, skiing, kayaking, hiking in the Cascades, and poetry.
